We love wood and have a whole series of chopping boards lined up in our kitchen, as much a series of wood samples as chopping boards. One in particular is in regular use due to the simplicity of its shape, it was originanly an off cut with a 45 degree cut along two sides. The cut makes it easy to pickup and raises the board on its own shadow. All the boards are made from Native Irish beech.
