50ml Jameson Black Barrel
1 tsp Ginger Syrup
25ml Lemon Juice
Splash of Soda
Lemon and Mint to garnish
Shake the whiskey, ginger syrup and lemon juice vigorously before pouring over ice.
Add a splash of soda, and garnish with a lemon wheel and sprig of mint.
